For seamless scheduling and an experience tailored just for you, I kindly request that ALL NEW clients review and sign the necessary waivers at least 12 hours prior to their appointment. This ensures we can focus solely on your hair journey without any last-minute hiccups. **If the waivers are NOT completed 12 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will be automatically CANCELLED** Don’t hesitate to reach out via email or through the website if you have any questions regarding the forms. For returning clients, a new waiver is only necessary if any information has changed. In our quest for beauty and convenience, I uphold a strict No-Show and Cancellation policy, outlined in detail within the waivers. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment!
Any No-Show appointments will be charged 50% of their service.
While I understand things happened and we’re not always on time, I do ask that we reschedule your appointment if you are going to be 15 minutes late or more.
